        Rhoda graduated as a Nurse from the L.D.S. Hospital. She operated a large ranch and was in the chicken business. She is a devoted, understanding and courageous mother. To her relatives and friends, she is most generous and kind. Through sheer hard work and skillful management, she has been able to enjoy very many of he good things of life. She has traveled extensively in the United States, Canada, Cuba, and Hawaii. She resides at 1922 E 33rd So., Salt Lake City, Utah.

        Funeral services for Rhoda Johnson McKinney, 78, a former American Fork resident, who died Wednesday, in a California hospital, were held Saturday at noon in Anderson and Sons Mortuary Chapel.
        She was also a former resident of Salt Lake City.
        She was born Jun 4, 1885 in Cedar Fort, a daughter of Joseph W. and Helen Dayton Johnson. She married John Leslie McKinney Nov. 24, 1913, in Salt Lake City. He died Aug. 7, 1923. Mrs. McKinney was employed as a graduate nurse. She was a member of the LDS Church.
        Surviving are one son and two daughters, Richard L. McKinney, American Fork; Mrs. Helen M. Stassi, Salt Lake City, and Mrs. Ralph (Johnell) Yurka, Garden Grove, California; ten grandchildren.
        Burial was in the American Fork City Cemetery.
