Notes |
- This is 'Uncle Lonnie', whom I (Alonzo Dean Cook) was named after.
He was named after Alonzo Young, a son of Brigham Young, as I understand it,
by a French born wife.
As far as I can determine the spelling is Italian. The Spanish spelling is Alonso.
Uncle Lonnie was a medical doctor, and lived in Burbank, California
for most of my growing-up years. I was named after him, because he was a
favorite uncle of my Dad.
