Buried:
He was buried in the old Goshen City Cemtery which was located just north of the old Goshen dam. There were about 12 bodies were there.

The ground was sold and the owner plowed around the cemetery for many years. We were told that there were only three headstones that were readable (Grandpas was not one of them) so they removed the headstones, giving the ones that were readable to relatives and then plowed the cemtery under. This was done sometime prior to our visit on March 18, 1992.

--January 2006--I, Alonzo Dean Cook, am trying to guess who is the author of this note. Those who could have had grand children were Nancy's two children (Daniel Dean Cook and Julia Cook), or Suan Ann Elizabeth Turple Brady's four children (Henry Lyman Cook, Jr., Sarah Florilla Cook, George Franklin Cook, or Hyrum Cook)--

Henry married Nancy P. Bingham about 1828 in Fort Ann, Washington, New York. Nancy (daughter of Simeon Bingham and Tamer Fuller) was born on 17 Oct 1807 in Alstead, Cheshire, New Hampshire; died in Apr 1842 in Quincy, Adams, Illinois. [Group Sheet] [Family Chart]
